We keep the customer’s $10 deposit plus 5% of the balance upon booking.
  • Example: If you quote $1,000, we keep $10. The couple pays you $990, from which we take 5% ($49.50). You walk away with $940.50. Math made simple.

For Couples:
  • The $10 deposit on booked vendors is non-refundable.
For Vendors:
  • You can request a refund within 7 days if a deal falls through after the client accepts your proposal. If approved, we keep a small 1% admin fee.

The couple’s initial $10 deposit goes to Wedding Realm to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance is handled between the couple and vendor (cash, card, confetti—it’s up to you and the vendor). We don’t run official background checks (no FBI badges here), but we do vet basic business details and encourage feedback from couples.
